About Us
ProClean is an owner-operated company that provides commercial and residential cleaning services in Collier County. It got its start through the acquisition of an existing cleaning company in 2005. ProClean’s primary focus is on providing cleaning services to residential associations by working with property managers and property management companies.
Services include cleaning the common areas of mid and high-rise condominiums (lobby areas, restrooms, fitness rooms, social rooms with kitchens, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms and residential hallways) and multi-building condominium communities (outdoor hallways and stairwells, elevators, carports, guard houses, pool areas, barbecue grill cleaning, clubhouses, trash/recycling services and light maintenance).
Additionally, ProClean’s commercial services include offices (single offices, office buildings/complexes) and post-renovation cleaning. ProClean’s residential services include single-family homes, condominiums, and seasonal rentals (general housekeeping, laundry, lanai cleaning, sliding glass doors and windows, etc.).
In addition to cleaning, the owners of ProClean offer home watch services to absentee and seasonal property owners in Collier County. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits where we complete a 25-point inspection of your property and the surrounding area.
ProClean’s office/warehouse is located near the intersection of I-75 and 951 for easy access to both Marco Island and Naples. ProClean currently employs 18 full-time employees who work in teams of 3 people. We also employ a full-time office manager and one employee that is dedicated to providing cleaning/maintenance services for one property. Each employee is uniformed with a ProClean shirt and all teams travel in ProClean vehicles for easy identification. To the extent possible, care is given to scheduling so that the same cleaning crews routinely maintain the same properties in order to achieve consistency in service and develop a professional rapport with customers. ProClean is licensed and insured.
